Dang! The opening credits are sooooo long! These are smooshed down to 10-15 seconds nowadays. A full minute to the same sequence every week? Wow. (I feel old)

On the flip side, I was disappointed with the Pushing Daisies season 2 opening, it's too "wham, bam, pushing you ma'am" for my taste. It's so short that it doesn't do a thing to draw me into the show, it just feels jarring.

Oh trust me, I miss long intros. Remember the Quantum Leap intro? Ever week it gave you the full backstory. It was so easy to let people into the show.

Magnum P.I. was a fun show. If you watch it regularly, they really developed his character.
